Venue on Lake Lily is an apolitical 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Renting space does not represent endorsement, support or affiliation with any candidate, party, campaign or viewpoint.
Forums and public dialogue
The West Wing stage supports moderators, panels, audience questions and media sightlines. The East Wing works well for medium-sized meetings and receptions.
Rallies and campaign gatherings
Flexible floor plans allow theatre seating, standing room, registration, volunteer tables and hospitality areas. Campus-wide rentals support larger turnout and multiple zones.
Accessible planning
Discuss entry flow, stage needs, AV, press space, security coordination and accessibility requirements with the venue team before contracting.
Neutral venue policy
The Venue provides rental space on an equal and neutral basis consistent with its nonprofit status. A rental should never be presented as organizational endorsement.
