Explore
How far in advance can I book?

Reservations may be contracted up to 18 months in advance with a signed agreement and required payments.

Can you hold a date while I decide?

Availability is first come, first served. A courtesy hold may be offered for up to five days, but a date is not secured until the required contract and payment are complete.

What is the minimum rental time?

Most hall rentals require at least three hours. The Rotary Club Room has a two-hour minimum, and the entire building has a four-hour minimum. Your full access window must include setup, event time and cleanup.

Do I receive a refund if my event ends early?

No. The contracted time is reserved for your event and is not refunded if you leave early.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No. Alcohol must be provided through the Venue or an appropriately licensed preferred caterer. Beer and wine bars start at $500; ask about full liquor service referrals.

Can I bring my own caterer or food?

Yes. Outside food and catering are permitted. A nonrefundable $200 non-preferred caterer surcharge applies, and all kitchen, insurance and cleanup requirements must be followed.

What cleanup is required?

Clear tables, bag trash and place it in the dumpster, remove décor and personal items and wipe down the kitchen and used surfaces as required by the contract. Cleaning and kitchen-cleaning services are available as add-ons.

Can I decorate or receive deliveries before my rental starts?

No. Decorating, deliveries, vendor access, setup and breakdown must occur inside your contracted rental window unless a written exception is included in the agreement.

Are tables and chairs included?

Standard tables and chairs are included with room rental. Specialty furniture, high-top tables, linens, pipe and drape and other items may carry added fees.

Are published prices final?

The website estimator and published rates provide a planning baseline. Seasonal pricing, availability, deposits, taxes or fees, insurance, alcohol service, security and contract-specific requirements may change the final quote.

Does renting the Venue mean it endorses my political event?

No. Venue on Lake Lily is an apolitical 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Rental of the property does not represent endorsement, support or affiliation with a candidate, party, campaign or viewpoint.
